PGH attorneys Matt Glover and Coe Baxter have settled a lawsuit filed in south Alabama.  Matt and Coe represented the husband of the woman who was killed in the wreck.  An attorney in Geneva, Jeff Gray, had worked with Matt before and referred him the case.  When Matt filed the complaint, he sued the driver who crossed the center line, the driver and the owner of the 18-wheeler, and the trucking company that employed the driver of the 18-wheeler.

One of the first things Matt did was send a letter to the employer of the 18-wheeler driver demanding preservation of certain evidence relevant to the collision.  Preservation of critical evidence is critical in a case like this. Matt and Coe also sent a nationally recognized accident reconstruction expert to inspect the scene and involved vehicles.
