Prince Glover Hayes Partner, Matt Glover, Files Lawsuit in Pickens County

Prince Glover Hayes partner, Matt Glover, is representing multiple clients who were injured in an automobile accident which occurred in Pickens County, Alabama. A lawsuit has been filed in Pickens County in which the plaintiffs, Matt’s clients, have sued the driver of the truck who caused the collision and the driver’s employer. Matt’s clients were in a car headed west on Highway 82, attempting to make a lawful left hand turn onto Highway 30, when the defendant driver negligently or wantonly passed a vehicle or multiple vehicles in a no-passing zone. This caused his vehicle to collide with the car being occupied by Matt’s clients. A separate count in the complaint alleges that the defendant employer negligently and/or wantonly hired, failed to adequately train and/or supervise the defendant driver.
