Bob Prince recently settled a lawsuit involving an 18-wheeler that collided with a vehicle being driven by Mr. Prince’s client.  The case had been filed in the United  States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.  According to the accident report,  Mr. Prince’s client and the driver of the 18-wheeler were both traveling northbound on Interstate 59 in Tuscaloosa County.  As Mr. Prince’s client entered an exit ramp, the driver of the 18-wheeler decided suddenly to exit also.  The 18-wheeler struck Mr. Prince’s client’s vehicle causing it to crash into a concrete barrier.  After conducting discovery and taking depositions, Mr. Prince was able to settle the case to his client’s satisfaction.  If you or a loved one has been injured in a collision involving an 18-wheeler, please call Prince Glover Hayes for a free consultation.
