Prince Glover Hayes partner, Josh Hayes, along with several other law firms, recently filed a class action lawsuit against MindGeek, the parent company of Pornhub.  The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.  Representing the class are two survivors of childhood sex trafficking.  Pornhub posted videos and images of their sexual abuse.  In an interview published in Law 360,  Josh said, “the monetization of child sexual abuse is a pernicious stain on America.  Today’s filing marks the beginning of the end of these unholy profits.”  The New York Post also published an article regarding the lawsuit.   To learn more about sexual exploitation in the United States, please visit the National Center on Sexual Exploitation.
