PGH Partner Josh Hayes Files Lawsuit Involving Underinsured Motorist Coverage

PGH partner, Josh Hayes recently filed a lawsuit in Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court against an insurance company that had failed to pay his client the underinsured benefits for which she had paid premiums  under her policy.  In the lawsuit, Mr. Hayes alleged that his client had received the policy limits from the adverse driver’s insurance company .  Because of the injuries his client sustained and the resulting medical expenses, lost wages, loss of quality of life, pain and suffering and emotional distress, Mr. Hayes notified his client’s insurance company of the possibility that she may be making a claim for available underinsured motorist benefits.  Despite the facts of this case and the injuries sustained, full underinsured policy limits have not been offered.  As a result, a lawsuit was filed.   Josh Hayes and all the attorneys at Prince Glover Hayes are honored to represent people who have been injured through no fault of their own.  Please consider calling Prince Glover Hayes for a free consultation if you or someone you love has been injured in a car wreck.
